How did you enjoy Summer? 😄 I love how we all get caught out by the intensity, & how our weather takes over all conversations 🌦️ The shop was busy with our lovely linens flying of the racks! 🥵 The subsequent storms were necessary. My car said 94, I don’t know how to change it to Celsius, but it’s around 34! I had to remove my necklace to stop it burning my neck! 😮
Our event at Castle Park was quite breezy! The pipers had to be careful in their kilts! 😉 It was lovely to see so many of you! 😀 We had a very fun but tiring day, packing up the shop in the small hours of Sunday morning & building the stall before the event opened, luckily Bee’s husband brought the gazebo & put it up for us. Then back to the shop to put things away & prepare for our Monday Facebook live. I was in bed early that night! 🛌🏻
As you know our next event is this Friday 24th at Bakealicious in Coggeshall. 🥳Have you bought you tickets yet? They are having a ladies night with nibbles & bubbles & we are bringing our wares! There’s also a colour & style lady coming along, & our wonderful Bee will be doing her fabulous scarf demonstration, which is great fun as you try to copy along. Believe me it’s not as easy as it looks & she often has to fix mine!🧣 Our gorgeous Alice will be there with Bee as I’m in the shop on Friday & Saturday. 🥰
Did you see Bee’s burlesque pictures that I posted on our business page? She is amazing 😍. We had a lovely night watching the area troops perform their Cabaret! Have you ever thought of joining, as it’s a wonderful way to promote positive body image & increase confidence!💃🙌
We’ve had some fabulous deliveries for your perusal this week. 🚁 New sunglasses have arrived, some are limited editions, so be quick if you need a pair. We have a grey fade, & an apricot colour, along with a wire rimmed pair, & all with gorgeous collapsible packaging to pop in your travel case! 😎 🧳 We’ve also had some plain cotton dresses, with pockets of course, as we know you’re not all keen on pattern, & some rather funky cotton ‘T’s’, we hope you approve!
